What is the difference between livestream and Video on Demand? How do I know which type of stream I'm buying?
Livestream is a live feed from the Eisemann Center or another venue we've partnered with. Video on Demand is a pre-recorded video that has been made available for your viewing. The type of stream you are viewing is listed on the performance details page and reminder email for your stream.

How can I watch the stream?
All streams are tied to the Eisemann Center online account that purchased the ticket. To begin watching your stream, click Hello, Guest! on the top right corner of the Eisemann Center website and log in. Your purchased streams will be listed under the My Streams section of your account. Once the access time period has begun, you can select View Stream and enjoy the show! Note: We recommend logging in before the scheduled start time so you are all set once the stream begins.

Can I watch the stream from any location?
You should be able to watch the stream from anywhere that has a strong internet connection and access to a web browser.

What devices can I use to watch the stream?
You can watch the stream on any device that supports a web browser.

You can also watch the stream on your TV by mirroring/casting your web browser to a supported device like AppleTV, Roku, or Chromecast. Please see instructions for your devices on their associated websites.

If your PC has HDMI output, you may also be able to connect your PC via HDMI cable to view the stream on your TV.

Please note that we cannot guarantee video playback on all browsers and devices or offer troubleshooting for them.

How long do I have to watch the stream?
Your stream is accessible and viewable between the access start and end dates listed in the My Streams section of your account. Once access time has elapsed, you will no longer be able to watch the stream.

I'd like to gift tickets to a stream. Can this be done?
Your Eisemann Center online account is tied to and required to access the purchased stream. You cannot gift/transfer a purchased stream to someone else. Gift certificates may be purchased allowing the recipient to redeem towards a stream or any ticketed event at check-out.

Can I purchase the stream after it's started?
Yes, you can purchase a stream after the stream has started. Streams may be purchased throughout their access time period. Please note if you join a livestream performance late, the video will start wherever the feed currently is. You may rewind to the beginning if you would like.

Do you allow refunds or exchanges for streams?
All tickets are pre-paid and non-refundable. The Eisemann Center allows tickets to be exchanged for another performance of the same show only. Exchange fees will apply. Exchanges are not available for a different production. Extension on the access time for a stream is at the discretion of the presenting organization and not the Eisemann Center.

The stream is stuttering, buffering, pausing or freezing. What do I do?
Make sure you have a strong internet connection and are not streaming anything else while participating in the stream. If your stream freezes or malfunctions in any way during the event, please refresh your page.

If the issue persists, please quit your browser, reopen it and try logging in again. If you continue to experience issues, we recommend trying a different browser or using a different device entirely, if possible.
